writing
Most of my writing projects have come from two different industries:
1) health and wellness
2) retail apparel, home, and gift sites

For a larger company, that's often product and/or service descriptions, taking direction on keywords, competitors, and market niche from the project management team. The content can also include blog posts, newsletters, case studies, or entire web pages.
For a smaller company, sometimes projects include a bit of industry research with some content or site revision, as well as new material. While the same categories of content are needed for businesses large and small, there may be more of a research and market differentiation need in the approach.

consulting
Most of my consulting has come by referral from people familiar with my small business background. I've worked on entire packages of creating template sites with all written text and post-game notes about using online tools. Often the solo entrepreneur or small team requires more event materials for launches, pop-up sales, or workshops.
Sometimes people are working on a major life transition, looking to start, change, or conclude a particular chapter. While I'm not an expert on every industry or technology, I've been able to help women business owners assess, plan, and execute major shifts in who, how, where, and what they work on. The key to that lock is "why".

what type of solution do you need?
What remains a problem and why? You may not have enough assistance for the expansion or hands on deck for a transition. We all have the constant need to keep generating updated material. Or, is it something more significant and not so easily plugged in, like company culture fit, life experience perspective, or an entirely different venture?
